It's Okay to Not Be Okay — And You Don't Have to Walk Through It Alone

Mental Health Is Health

At LBIF, we believe that caring for your mind and emotions is just as important as caring for your body — and just as worthy of support.

Our mental health services are designed to meet you with compassion, respect your story, and connect you with the care you deserve. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, supporting a child's emotional growth, or simply seeking a safe space to breathe — we're here.

Our Approach to Mental Wellness

Trauma-Informed: We understand that many people carry experiences that shape how they see the world. Our programs are designed with trauma awareness and sensitivity at every level.

● Culturally Sensitive: Mental health looks different in different communities. We honor cultural context and provide support that respects your background and identity.

Faith-Compatible: For those whose faith is central to their well-being, we integrate spiritual support as a complement to — never a replacement for — professional care.

Whole-Person Wellness: Mind, body, spirit, and community — we address all the dimensions that contribute to your well-being.

These Services Are for You

Our mental health services are open to all community members — adults, youth, families, and individuals. You do not need to be enrolled in any LBIF program to access mental health support.

There is no wrong way to reach out. Call, email, or walk in. We'll help you find the right fit.

Everything shared in our programs stays in our programs. Your privacy is sacred to us.

Our spaces are designed to feel safe — physically, emotionally, and spiritually..

Take the next steps towards thriving.
